Daddy's little helpers
Saturday afternoon we went down to our cabin so my stud of a husband could build a little area for our generator. This little wall is a noise buffer. It really does cut down on the noise. Someday we'll look back at this picture and see how much Evan has grown. He's 3 1/2 years old here.
Today is my Mom's Birthday! I made The Pioneer Woman's Chocolate Sheet Cake for her. Evan wanted to put pink candles, Chocolate Rocks and little plastic construction men on it. So we did. I even spelled out Mom in Pecans. It won't win any awards but my Mom liked it and it tasted wonderful!
This is my Christmas gift from my Husband. He didn't realize that it was going to take 6 weeks when he ordered it. So, I finally got my present and it's beautiful! It has both of my boys birthstones and their names engraved on the sides. Thanks Babe, I love it!!!
We are completely potty trained!! Evan slept through the night without wetting the bed! Jeff did a little happy dance and then gave him this gift card from Target to go pick out whatever he wanted. (Evan chose a diecast 'Chick Hicks' from the Disney movie "Cars")
This is our dog Molly. She is a 2 year old Weimaraner and as you can see is quite the looker. She's actually really pretty and this is a bad picture of her. It makes me laugh. Isn't she funny looking when she yawns.
I read somewhere to give your baby a bagel if they were teething. I think I was actually supposed to give him a frozen bagel, not a toasted one! Ha, he liked it anyway!
