Meet my new Dutch Oven. She's red, beautiful and very heavy...but don't tell her that. Since taking on my new adventure of cooking through The Pioneer Woman's Cookbook, I had to purchase her. It's all Ree's fault. My first meal that was prepared in this beautiful pot...the Perfect Pot Roast...and it really was!
